How we got here
From a small apartment in Rybnik to over a million dog owners worldwide.
Company founded
Darf Service is incorporated in Rybnik, Poland. Work begins on the core audio-analysis engine that would become Dog Translator.
First working prototype
Internal beta testing begins with real dogs. The soundboard and bark-pattern features take shape, built on canine behavior research and audio signal analysis.
iOS launch
Dog Translator goes live on the App Store. First reviews arrive within hours. Downloads grow organically, week over week, driven entirely by word of mouth.
Android launch & 500K installs
Dog Translator arrives on Google Play. Within six months the combined install count passes 500,000. A new library of dog sound packs ships to celebrate.
1 million dog owners
The one-million-install milestone arrives. New features ship: AI-generated pet portraits, an expanded behavior guide, and a richer soundboard built from listener feedback.
